WORKSHOP
Our workshop is Based on the foothills of the Pennine chain.

The first floor level houses the drawing room and CAD system, also the office computers and administrative facility.
The upper ground floor contains the piano showroom, main workshop, building room, console room, voicing room and kitchen facility.

The intermediate ground floor level houses the metal pipe making shop and ferrous metal working facility, this includes a forge, welding plant, grinding and cut off saws and metal working lathe.

The lower ground floor level houses a comprehensive woodworking machine shop, timber storage areas and spray finishing plant, along with a dedicated room for CNC machine

The basement houses the metal casting facility and storage for the new sheets of pipe metal.

We supply other organ builders with finished timber products from our woodworking shop.

Worldwide
Over the years, hundreds of fine quality consoles have been built for the organ building industry
and have gone as far a field as Canada, Australia and Africa

Each stage receives careful attention to detail, as every craftsman is his own servant \ master of quality.
